It was so easy to assemble I didn't even need 30 minutes to complete it. Honestly I have no complaints about this chair. The price was great for the quality you get and I love the amount of room. I sit criss cross all the time.

This is a wonderful chair. I can sit in multiple ways instead of just with my legs flat. The back is cushy and supportive, and the seat is comfortable too! I love the rocking function, and also the arms swivel back or you can keep them in their original position. It arrived quickly and was easy to assemble.

Listen up, my chunky loves! If you've been on the hunt for the chair, this is it. Seriously, this chair feels like it was custom-built for me. My hips have so much room, no more squeezing or feeling perched, and it's just incredibly comfortable all around. The lumbar pump tho?! Being able to actually inflate the back support exactly how I need has made a huge difference in my back pain. Finally, a chair that doesn't make me feel like I need to take a break from sitting. Plus, it was super easy to assemble, just wish they labeled the screws. Worth every penny! And I'm sure it's great to do the criss cross stuff if youre thinner. It would be awesome if it were a little lenthier butt to knee. But overall I'm so pleased

I bought this chair because I wanted a larger cross-legged office chair that provided lumbar support for my back. I spend a lot of time sitting at my desk. This chair fits the bill. It is incredibly much more comfortable than my previous chair. I can indeed sit cross-legged in it, and I love that the arms can tilt back and out of the way. The seat is comfortable, and it does provide the desired back support -- however I do find that being short, I kind of have to choose between sitting at the front of the seat and sitting all the way back with my feet barely able to touch the floor. I solved this by adding a cushion to the back of the chair and now it's perfect. I sit for several hours without feeling uncomfortable. Overall, I think the quality is very good and the color was true to the picture online. The instructions were actually much easier to follow than most assemble-yourself items. I found the instructions to be clear, and everything was well-packed and well-labeled. Even not in any way mechanically inclined me managed to put the chair together all by myself in under half an hour and making zero mistakes (a rarity when I am assembling something). Overall would definitely recommend.
